Twin 03 · Logistics · In Development

Load the truck right the first time.

CargoTwin optimizes cargo configurations under weight, volume, and stability constraints — for moving companies, freight coordinators, and rental truck operators who need every load to be safe, balanced, and efficient.

The Problem

Loading a truck looks simple — until weight and balance fight you.

Most loads are packed by eye. That works until center-of-gravity, fragile-item placement, and weight limits collide, and something shifts, breaks, or exceeds axle limits.

Center-of-Gravity Risk

Uneven loading shifts the truck's balance point, affecting handling and, in worse cases, rollover risk on turns or sudden stops.

Wasted Volume

Packing by intuition leaves gaps. Poor space utilization means more trips, more fuel, and more labor than the job actually requires.

Fragile-Item Damage

Without a model of pressure distribution, fragile items get placed wrong and damage claims follow.

Axle Weight Violations

Uneven distribution can push individual axles over legal limits even when total payload is within range — a compliance risk most loaders never check.

How It Will Work

Three steps from inventory to a validated load plan.

01
Input Your Cargo List

Item dimensions, weight, fragility, and truck specs — payload capacity, axle limits, and cargo area dimensions.

02
Run the Simulation

CargoTwin models placement combinations, scoring each configuration on stability, volume use, and fragile-item safety.

03
Load With Confidence

Get a validated load order and placement map your crew can follow — fewer damaged items, fewer wasted trips.

Tool Philosophy

What CargoTwin will guarantee — and what it won't.

⚖ Important: Tool Limitations & User Responsibility

CargoTwin will be a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of results. Real-world loading outcomes depend on securing method, road conditions, vehicle maintenance, and factors beyond any simulation's scope.

  • Output predictions will be estimates based on model assumptions, not certainties
  • Input accuracy will be the user's responsibility — incorrect inputs produce incorrect predictions
  • CargoTwin will be licensed "as-is" for informational and planning purposes only
  • Totec Labs will not be liable for cargo damage, compliance violations, or accidents arising from tool use
We stand behind our work. The same principle applies here as with every Totec Labs twin: genuine bugs get fixed free. A tool telling you the physics is not a substitute for safe driving and proper securing — it's a planning aid.
